Inkosi Longboard

Built by York Surf in Muizenberg. The York Teardrop is not a log but more a single-fin longboard. It has a performance rocker and rails but has the wide point pushed up the template a bit. Great for hollow beach breaks and for die-hard shortboarders who are tired of watching the groms get all their waves. The Teardrop is available at 9’2 / 9’4.

The graphics on the Mami Wata x York boards pay tribute to the oversized roles the African design has played in global design. Predating "modernism" these lines reflect meanings linked to identification of different clans.
