Mami Wata x Bridges For Music
African surf culture is reshaping global surf culture. African electronic dance music is reshaping global dance music. We are thus stoked to collaborate and provide the official merchandise for Bridges for Music, the non-profit music academy based out of Langa, Cape Town.
Empowering young talent from underserved communities with the equipment and skills to thrive in creative industries, Bridges for Music has had 794 children go through their program. They've also had students and alumni perform at some of the world's biggest festivals, including EDC Las Vegas, Awakenings, Glastonbury and more. They are making it happen, and the music coming out of Bridges For Music records is fantastic.
